Coldsilver
Coldsilver is a small, independent AI automation studio in Delft, Netherlands. We build and operate Sophie — an AI customer-service agent for fashion DTC and ecommerce brands.
How we work
We're a small team, which means you talk to the people doing the work. No account-managers, no support tiers. The person who built your Sophie is the person who answers when something needs to change.
Every change to a deployed Sophie goes through the same chain: a snapshot of the current state, a structured proposal, a validation pass, a synthetic test, and your explicit approval before anything ships. Reversible by design.
What we believe
- The inbox is a craft problem, not a chat problem. Customer-service email is full of context — quoted history, forwarded receipts, unclear order references. Solving it well requires structure and patience, not a fast-talking chatbot.
- Negotiation beats processing. A customer who accepts a partial refund and keeps the item is a better outcome than a return label that costs everyone money.
- Read-only is the default. Sophie observes more than she changes. When she does change something, she logs it and you can see it.
- Boring infrastructure is good infrastructure. We build on Make.com, Airtable, Shopify, and OpenAI — tools your team can audit and reason about, not a black box.
