Coldsilver is an independent automation studio in Delft, Netherlands. We design, build and operate automation that does real work — from AI customer-service agents to back-office systems to the integrations in between.
Where we come from
Coldsilver started as the company behind Sophie — an AI agent that runs an e-commerce brand’s entire support inbox in production. Operating her for real customers, on real money, taught us a way of working: snapshot before you change, validate before you ship, get explicit approval before production, keep a rollback path, and never let anything fail silently.
It turned out that discipline — not any single tool — was the product. Today we apply it to inboxes, bookkeeping, ad accounts, e-commerce operations and whatever else runs on repeatable decisions.
How we work
We’re a small team, which means you talk to the people doing the work. No account managers, no support tiers. The person who built your automation is the person who answers when something needs to change.
Every change to a deployed system goes through the same chain: a snapshot of the current state, a structured proposal, a validation pass, a synthetic test, and your explicit approval before anything ships. Reversible by design.
What we believe
- No silent failures. Automation that swallows its own errors is worse than none — you inherit the failure and lose the visibility. Everything we ship logs what it did, and what it declined to do.
- Production is a discipline, not a milestone. Anyone can demo an agent. Running one for months on real money is the actual job, so monitoring and incident response are part of every engagement — not an upsell.
- Negotiation beats processing. A customer who keeps the item and takes a partial refund is a better outcome than a return label that costs everyone money. The interesting automation is in the judgment, not the paperwork.
- Boring infrastructure is good infrastructure. We build on platforms your team can open, read and audit — not a black box with our logo on it.
