What we collect
- Server logs — standard web logs (IP, request path, timestamp) kept ~30 days for debugging and abuse prevention.
- Contact-form submissions — your name, email, company and message. Delivered to our inbox; never shared.
How client data works
When we operate an automation or AI-agent deployment for a client, we process that client’s customer data as a Data Processor under GDPR. Each deployment has its own Data Processing Addendum. Our systems process only what’s needed to do the work, and never transmit customer data to third parties beyond the documented sub-processors of that deployment (e.g. Make.com, OpenAI, Airtable, Google Workspace).
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Email info@coldsilver.nl and a person will handle it.
