This is a simple website. We don’t track you, don’t use analytics cookies, don’t share data with advertisers.
What we collect
- Server logs — Vercel records standard web logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for ~30 days. Used for debugging and abuse prevention.
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, brand, and message. Stored in our inbox; never shared.
How customer data works for our clients
When we operate Sophie for an ecommerce brand, we process that brand’s customer data as a Data Processor under GDPR. Each deployment has its own Data Processing Addendum. Sophie processes only what’s needed to reply, and never transmits customer data to third parties beyond the documented sub-processors (Make.com, OpenAI, Airtable, Google Workspace).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email info@coldsilver.nl with your request and we’ll respond within 30 days.
